Custom Avatar Builder
Design a look that's uniquely yours. Mix and match faces, hair, outfits, accessories, and facial hair, then pick a background color. Randomize for inspiration, or fine-tune every layer from your profile settings. Your avatar appears across your profile, messages, and replies.
Fresh Look, UI Revamp
Whisp has a new coat of paint. The marketing page, inbox, and messaging flows now use a softer aurora palette, glass cards, and smooth motion throughout. Typography, spacing, and components are more consistent, and animations stay optional if you prefer reduced motion.
Whisp 2.0 — New Architecture
We've rebuilt Whisp's core to support multi-device sessions and a shared API for the future. Mobile apps are coming soon. This release prepares Whisp for iOS and Android. Old profiles, messages, and secret links were cleared in this migration. Create a new space to continue.

Only Allow Private Messages for Visitors
Owner can now only allow visitors to send private messages. This is useful if you want to only allow visitors to send private messages to the owner.
Message Visibility for Visitors
Owner can now control which messages anonymous visitors can see on your profile. You can now choose to show public messages only or hide all messages.
Quick Whispering
Randomize your message content with a click of a button. This is useful if you want to send a message to someone but you don't want to think of what to say.
Anonymous Private Message History
You can now see the history of private messages you sent to others. This is useful if you want to check if you have any replies from the owner.
Real-Time Messaging with Read Receipts
Whisp is now real-time! Messages and replies appear instantly without refresh. See when your messages are viewed with read receipts. Experience conversations that flow naturally, just like they should.
GIF Replies and Messages
You can now send and reply with GIFs. Because sometimes a dancing cat says more than a thousand words. Perfect for when text just isn't enough.
Private Messages Unlocked
Scared your secret gets leaked? Relax, we got you. Now you can send private messages only the owner can see and get replies without the whole world knowing.
Rate Limiter for Security
We've added a rate limiter to help mitigate spam and abuse, keeping the whispering safe and smooth.
